This mini painting is a smaller version of a popular painting by Dave H which depicts a soldier paying respects at the battlefield cross grave marker of a comrade. It is painted in his easily recognisable style of stark backgrounds with a splash of colour – in this instance the poppy flower in the foreground
It is an original acrylic on A5 220gsm canvas paper, unframed but mounted in a 10″ × 8″ mount – standard frame size – allowing ‘off the shelf’ framing.
