Description
‘Nowzad’ is a painting by Dave H which depicts a patrol moving through a poppy field, along with a dog.
Painted in Dave’s easily recognisable abstract style of stark backgrounds and silhouetted figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour – in this instance provided by the bright crimson of the poppy flowers. It was painted for and donated to the Nowzad Charity. Prints are available direct from the charity.
It is an original acrylic on A3 220gsm canvas paper, unframed but mounted in a 18″ x 14″ white-cored black mount – which is a standard frame size, allowing ‘off the shelf’ framing.
