‘Rest easy’ is an original artwork by Dave H which depicts a soldier paying his respects at a battlefield cross of a fallen comrade.
Created in Dave’s easily recognisable abstract style of stark backgrounds and silhouetted figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour – in this instance provided by the bright crimson of the single poppy flower.
An original polychromo piece, it comes unframed but mounted in a white-cored black 16″ x 12″ mount, which is a standard frame size, allowing for ‘off the shelf’ as well as bespoke framing.
