Description
‘Remembering the Royal Tank Regiment’ is a painting by Dave H which depicts the silhouetted figure of a veteran at the Royal Tank Regiment war memorial on a dreary, wet November morning.
Painted in Dave’s easily recognisable abstract style of stark backgrounds and silhouetted figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour – in this instance provided by the brightly coloured crimson of the poppy wreaths on the memorial and the colours in the regimental standard.
Each print is a professionally produced Giclée Fine Art Print, created using Epsom ultra chrome K3 pigment inks on Expression Smooth 280gsm paper.
They are limited to an edition of 95 numbered prints, personally signed and numbered by the artist, with numbers 1 to 5 hand embellished by the artist (also available to order in this collection).
The printed area is 14.5″ x 10.5″ and they are mounted in acid free mounts with an overall external measurement of 20″ x 16″, allowing for framing in standard ‘off the shelf’ frames.
