Description
‘Remembering the Sir Galahad’ is a painting by Dave H which depicts the tragic loss of the Sir Galahad in the Falklands conflict.
Painted in Dave’s easily recognisable abstract style of stark backgrounds and silhouetted figures, contrasting with vibrant splashes of colour – in this instance provided by the bright crimson of the poppy flowers.
Each print is a professionally produced Giclée Fine Art Print, created using Epsom ultra chrome K3 pigment inks on Expression Smooth 280gsm paper.
Limited to an editions of only 15 numbered prints, personally signed and numbered by the artist.
The printed area is 14.5″ x 10.5″ and they are mounted in acid free mounts with an overall external measurement of 20″ x 16″, allowing for framing in standard ‘off the shelf’ frames.
